High shear grout mixers are specially designed, skid or wheel mounted. High shear high speed colloidal mixing systems designed for cement or bentonite mixing. The mixing tank is equipped with a variable speed high-shear impeller, rotating at speeds up to 1450 rpm, providing rapid mixing action. The mixing process accelerates hydration and produces a more stable, homogenous product. From the mix tank, material flows through a hose pipeline, onto a fine mesh screen, and into the agitator tank. Operator controls are centrally located for efficient production. 1.     Construction process Pile foundation grouting technology as following shows 2.     Main technology Pre install the grouting pipe and grouting valve in the reinforcement cage. After a certain period time of being a pile, pile side grouting and pile bottom grouting is needed. The grouting method can reinforce pile bottom sediment and pile side mud. It play a reinforcement role for pile bottom and pile side in a certain range of soil through the infiltration (coarse soil), split (fine soil) and compaction (unsaturated loose soil) grouting. The intelligent grouting technology can reinforce pile side resistance and pile end resistance. Improve the vertical and horizontal bearing capacity of single pile. Reduce the settlement and horizontal deformation. Under the condition of optimizing the process parameters, the vertical bearing capacity of single pile can be increased by 50% ~ 120%. The horizontal bearing
