Pre
install the grouting pipe and grouting valve in the reinforcement cage. After a
certain period time of being a pile, pile side grouting and pile bottom
grouting is needed. The grouting method can reinforce pile bottom sediment and
pile side mud. It play a reinforcement role for pile bottom and pile side in a
certain range of soil through the infiltration (coarse soil), split (fine soil)
and compaction (unsaturated loose soil) grouting. The intelligent grouting
technology can reinforce pile side resistance and pile end resistance. Improve
the vertical and horizontal bearing capacity of single pile. Reduce the
settlement and horizontal deformation.
Under
the condition of optimizing the process parameters, the vertical bearing
capacity of single pile can be increased by 50% ~ 120%. The horizontal bearing
capacity is increased by about 30%. The increase of coarse grain soil is higher
than fine grain soil. Reciprocating grouting about pile side grouting and pile
bottom grouting is better than just pile bottom grouting. Pile foundation
settlement and horizontal displacement can be reduced by about 30%

Technical
indicators
According
to the characteristics of formation, pile length, bearing capacity increase and
the use of pile function (compression, pull) etc., grouting pile can use the
following grouting method: pile side grouting, pile bottom grouting, reciprocating
grouting -- pile side and pile bottom grouting. The main technical indicators
as below:
Water-cement
ratio: below ground water level: 0.5 ~ 0.7, above ground water level 0.6 ~ 0.8
Maximum
grouting pressure: soft soil layer: 1 ~ 2 MPa, weathered rock: 10 ~ 16MPa.

During
the actual project, the above parameters can adjusted according to the type of
soil, soil saturation, pile size, bearing capacity increasing and other factors.
And confirm according to the grouting test.

Automatic
Control of Grouting Process
Automatic
grouting machine and grouting recorder
Grouting recorder can reduce the uncertain
interference factors in the manual operation of the grouting process. Grouting
process can achieve automatic control. Cement amount and the grouting pressure
can be realized in real time.
Automatic control system and data
transmission equipment: Computer program automatic directly control water and
cement consumption through the flow meter. Grouting pressure is real-time
monitoring by pressure sensor. Flow is real-time monitoring by flow meter. Grouting recorder can print by printer at the
worksite. It also can export data by U disk.
As
shown above: during the intelligent grouting technology, grout mixer and grout agitator (or grout mixer & agitator), grout pump will be used. Users can also choose grout plant / grout station to save time and labor.
Cement
mixer & agitator is a combination of mixer and agitator, it is specially
design for continuous cement mixing and grouting in ground/underground
engineering. It can fast mix water, cement and additive, then the mixed slurry
can be stored into the agitator, thus the mixing work can continuously be done.

Grout
plant, also known as grout station, grout mixer pump or grout equipment, it is
a combination of mixer, agitator and grout pump in one plant. The special
mixing effect of cement or bentonite with water is archived in mixer by a high turbulence
created in the pump casing. This turbulence with its high shear forces
separates the cement or bentonite particles which results in a fully hydrated
suspension.
