Two sets of electrical grouting pump model LGH140/6-7.5HD and LGH60/15-7.5HD were delivery to our customer in Vietnam. Along with the electric grout pump, they also order drilling rigs, grout mixer and agitator, grouting recorder as a full system for WSS double slurry grouting.

WSS double slurry grouting uses a high speed grout mixer and agitator, it is specially design for continuous cement mixing and grouting in ground/underground engineering.

WSS double grouting uses our hydraulic electric grout pump. This pump transmits pressure signals by working medium (slurry and hydraulic oil) to form closed-loop automatic control function. Hydraulic system with smooth shift and reliable work, it can ensure better working during the grouting.

WSS double grouting our LZJ1500/1200 drilling rigs. Double tube grouting at the ends of hole ensure WSS double grouting. It can grouting cement, sodium silicate double slurry, and worked in subway, tunnel construction and other projects for sealing the foundation pit gushing water, collapse, land subsidence, etc. which caused by underground water, quicksand, karst cave.

Concrete flow recorder can record the flow, pressure, density and time when grouting, no need to press button and mouse. It can print by printer at the worksite, and it also can export data by U disk.
