Colloidal grout mixer equipment

A colloidal grout mixer uses a high speed impeller to generate a shear vortex. A grout agitator uses a low speed impeller creates a low rotational force, it is used to prevent the mix becoming solidify.



LMA500-1000E is the most hot selling grout mixer and agitator. Mixer volume is 500L, and agitator volume is 1000L. Electric motor is equipped. Suitable for the working site that power supply is convenient. The grouting mixer and agitator has a working platform, it is easy loading of cement bags and working.



The colloidal mixing equipment unit rapidly and efficiency mix various types of grout which can includes cement, bentonite and sand. The colloidal grout mixers has a hand shank enables grout to be practically discharged or recirculated.

500L volume colloidal mixer provides a large volume grouting, and 1000L agitator allows continuous pumping of the grout liquid. The agitator ensure enough content of the mix to prevent the grout pump from running dry. Also the grout agitator relieve any air bubbles which may have more desirable result during the mixing process.
