Working principle

Instructions for use

2. Check that the mixing impeller is turning correctly to ensure that the slurry discharge pipe does not leak water;

3. Add the right amount of water, open the equipment to clean and wet the pulp tank and pipeline, after the cleaning is completed, the water in the pulper is released;

4. Add water not less than 80Kg, open the high speed grout mixer pulping machine, the powder is evenly added in the specified order, control the feeding time is 5~6 minutes, after all the powder is added, continue to stir for 3~5 minutes;

5. Transfer the prepared slurry into the slurry storage tank to maintain dynamic slurry storage;

6. After connecting the pipeline of the pressure grinder to the slurry storage tank, or directly from the pulping machine to the hopper of the pulping machine, starting to grout;

7. Clean the highspeed grout mixer equipment and pipeline immediately after the completion of the grouting, and open the pulper to eliminate the remaining cement slurry in the pulper and pipeline.
